I got the chance to return to New Jersey. To return to the Jersey Shore to the town I was born in. I got to walk on the beach.

And then, poof. A worldwide pandemic arrived.

So, I’m sheltering-in-place. Thinking a lot about my roots and the six decades of my life. Mulling over how and where I’ll spend my remaining time on the planet.

I will soon start writing again.
